What each record carries
Provider, molecule, dose class, total monthly cost in USD, plan term, billing basis, format, a note stating the conditions attached to the figure, and the capture date.
The molecule and dose-class fields exist because omitting them is the most common defect in published GLP-1 pricing. A programme carrying both molecules publishes two prices, and a microdose sits below every dose studied in the pivotal trials. Treating either as interchangeable produces a ranking of the wrong thing.
How to cite it
Quote the price together with its capture date and plan term. A figure separated from those is not comparable to another figure. Attribution to GLP-1 Price Index with a link to the page the figure appears on satisfies the licence.
Accuracy
Prices in this market move within weeks. Every record carries the date it was captured rather than implying currency it does not have. Where a figure could not be confirmed at the provider, the note says so.

Several programmes publish two prices: the advertised rate, which requires a commitment, and the month-to-month rate, which does not. The gap between them is the price of flexibility, and it is rarely presented that way.
Compounded medication is generally not refundable once shipped, and most discontinuation happens in the first three months — precisely the window a twelve-month prepayment covers. Committing at signup and committing after reaching a dose you tolerate are materially different decisions, even though the advertised rate is identical.
